Welcome to Walking Christian! This blog is dedicated to uncovering what it means to walk humbly before our God (Micah 6:18). Every Christian knows we’re supposed to love God and abstain from evil, but many do not know how. How do you break free of additions? How do you deal with guilt? How should we think about a particular issue? It is our hope to answer these questions by equipping people’s minds with God’s truth and providing practical guides that help build our characters into the image of Christ.

What We Believe
We hold Scripture to be divinely inspired, infallible, and our sole final authority in life. There is but one divine substance eternally existing as three distinct persons: the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. All men are depraved and are thus unable to choose God apart from the work of grace. Salvation is through Christ alone and is obtained by faith alone, not by works. As Protestants, we strongly advocate the loving unity of the church despite secondary doctrinal differences. Lastly, we believe the gifts are today but should be exercised with great discernment and order. Most important is to live out these truths, not just to state them.
